Cooperate with our team to facilitate the efficient execution of the services.

4. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our services will be based on the scope of work as agreed upon between IT Scrap Solutions and the customer.
A detailed quote will be provided before the commencement of services, and any additional charges outside the scope of the original agreement will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule, and failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

8. Compliance with Laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold any necessary licenses or permissions for the assets being disposed of, and they agree to indemnify IT Scrap Solutions against any claims or damages resulting from non-compliance.

9. Ownership of Assets
Until full payment for services is received, ownership of the IT assets or equipment being disposed of remains with the customer.
IT Scrap Solutions is not responsible for any lost or damaged assets that have been released to us for disposal, recovery, or recycling.

10. Force Majeure
IT Scrap Solutions shall not be held liable for any delays, failure, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

11. Modifications to Terms
